Art Nouveau Pewter Claret Jug, via Ebay
A WMF Art Nouveau Pewter & Texture Green Glass Claret Jug. Dating to the late 19th /early 20th century. With a moulded green glass body with a textured surface. With beautifil Art Nouveau scrolling silvered pewter mounts cast with fruiting vines. Its underside is stamped ‘W.M.F.B, I/O OX’, it measures 31cm. high. In very good condition with no damage or repairs. The underside of the lip has a personal engraving with the dates 1876 & 1901. A beautiful clarat jug.
